Translation

I am the gambling of the cheat, and the splendour of splendid things I; I am victory, I am determination, and the truth of the truthful I.

Annie Besant · The Bhagavad-Gita, translated by Annie Besant (4th ed., 1922) — Wikisource · Public Domain

Explanation

An unusual, almost provocative choice: “the gambling of the cheat” is claimed as a vibhuti, immediately followed by victory, resolve, and the essence of the truthful. Placing deception alongside virtue this bluntly repeats verses 4-5’s earlier move — the list isn’t confined to admirable qualities, it claims the full moral range including its shadow side.
