उदासीनवदासीनो गुणैर्यो न विचाल्यते । गुणा वर्तन्त इत्येव योऽवतिष्ठति नेङ्गते ॥

He who, seated as a neutral, is unshaken by the qualities; who, saying, "The qualities revolve," standeth apart immovable.

Explanation
Continuing directly from verse 22, this adds the witness-posture behind the non-reactivity: seated as udāsīna, a neutral party, watching “the qualities revolve” rather than identifying with whichever one currently dominates. This is verse 19’s insight — the gunas act, the self merely watches — lived out as a stance rather than stated as a doctrine, and it echoes verse 10’s earlier image of the gunas constantly overpowering one another: the gunatita has stopped mistaking that churn for their own changing identity.
