य इदं परमं गुह्यं मद्भक्तेष्वभिधास्यति । भक्तिं मयि परां कृत्वा मामेवैष्यत्यसंशयम् ॥ ६८ ॥

ya idaṃ paramaṃ guhyaṃ mad-bhakteṣv abhidhāsyati bhaktiṃ mayi parāṃ kṛtvā mām evaiṣyaty asaṃśayam

Translation

He who shall declare this supreme secret among My devotees, having shown the highest devotion for Me, without doubt he shall come to Me.

Explanation

The mirror image of 67’s restriction: whoever declares this supreme secret among Krishna’s devotees, showing the highest devotion in doing so, will come to Krishna without doubt. Teaching the teaching, done rightly, is itself counted as an act of bhakti here — not a separate, secondary activity but a direct path to the same goal the rest of the chapter describes.
