नास्ति बुद्धिरयुक्तस्य न चायुक्तस्य भावना । न चाभावयतः शान्तिरशान्तस्य कुतः सुखम् ॥
nāsti buddhir ayuktasya na cāyuktasya bhāvanā na cābhāvayataḥ śāntir aśāntasya kutaḥ sukham
Translation
There is no Pure Reason for the non-harmonised, nor for the non-harmonised is there concentration; for him without concentration there is no peace, and for the unpeaceful how can there be happiness?

Explanation
The mirror image of verse 65, run as a chain of absences: no harmony, no buddhi; no buddhi, no concentration; no concentration, no peace; no peace, no happiness. It closes off any shortcut — happiness isn’t reachable by aiming at it directly, only by way of the harmony this whole portrait has been describing since verse 55.
