Translation
Supreme joy is for this Yogi whose mind is peaceful, whose passion-nature is calmed, who is sinless and of the nature of the Eternal.

Explanation
Three qualifiers stack on the yogi who has done the work of verse 26: peaceful mind, calmed rajas (the passion/activity guna, formally introduced only later at chapter 14 but already operative here), and sinlessness. The reward named — become Brahman — is a strong ontological claim the chapter makes almost in passing.
