Translation
The Yogi who thus, ever harmonising the self, hath put away sin, he easily enjoyeth the infinite bliss of contact with the Eternal.

Explanation
This closes the practical meditation section that opened at verse 10 by echoing its opening phrasing almost exactly — the same “ever harmonising the self” construction used again at verse 15 — a deliberate refrain marking the section’s completion. From verse 29 the text turns from method to the resulting vision.
