स तया श्रद्धया युक्तस्तस्याराधनमीहते । लभते च ततः कामान्मयैव विहितान्हि तान् ॥ २२ ॥

sa tayā śraddhayā yuktas tasyārādhanam īhate labhate ca tataḥ kāmān mayaiva vihitān hi tān

He endowed with that faith, seeketh the worship of such a one, and from him he obtaineth his desires, I verily decreeing the benefits;

Explanation

Continues verse 21’s account mechanically: faith leads to worship, worship to results, and Krishna is explicit that he is the one “verily decreeing the benefits” even when the nominal recipient is a different deity. The system is unified even where the devotee’s own understanding of it isn’t.
