एतद्योनीनि भूतानि सर्वाणीत्युपधारय । अहं कृत्स्नस्य जगतः प्रभवः प्रलयस्तथा ॥ ६ ॥

Know this to be the womb of all beings. I am the source of the forthgoing of the whole universe and likewise the place of its dissolving.

Explanation
Krishna collapses origin and destruction into a single claim: he is both the womb all beings arise from and the place they dissolve back into. This resolves any worry that verses 4-5’s two natures might imply two separate sources — matter and life-principle alike originate from and return to the same one reality, stated directly rather than left implicit.
