Gate checklist
- SLOs defined and instrumented.
- Golden-signal dashboard exists.
- Alerts wired to on-call (IRM).
- Runbooks for every paging alert.
- Rollback procedure documented.
- Capacity / load expectations stated.
- Cardinality + ingest budget reviewed.
